Testing Facilities

We offer a wide range of testing facilities at our Workshop.

  • We do functional testing of each actuated valve in our facility.
  • Valve’s Pressure testing according to standard API 598 and API 6D.
  • Seal Test
  • Hydro Test
  • NDT – Non destructive testing like Radiography testing, PMI Testing, DYE penetrant testing etc.
  • All the assembled valve and actuator will be provided with functional test reports and installation, operational and maintenance manual.

  • Valve automation services for all kinds of multi turn valves including Gate, Globe, Diaphragm, Needle Valve etc with Multi Turn & Linear Electrical actuators.
  • Valve automation service for valves with Diaphragm type Pneumatic actuator.
  • Automation of all the quarter turn valves like Ball & Butterfly Valves using Quarter turn Electrical actuators and double & single acting pneumatic actuators.
  • We do torque measurement of each valve to accurately size the actuator for the valve.
  • In house facility to design mounting bracket for the proper assembly of Actuator and Valves.
  • We keep in stock a wide range of Valves & Actuators of leading brands. Thus, making us the best service provider by automating the valves using our stock.
  • We are stockiest as well as authorized distributor of Control valve accessories. On Client’s requirement accessories like Solenoid valve, Limit Switch, Manual override, Volume booster, Seal kit, FRL etc, can be combined with the product with proper testing.
  • We provide repair and maintenance of valves and actuators in our workshop. We can do automation service at our client’s site as well.
  • The relationship with our Clients does not end with final delivery of product. Our after sales service assures that all sorts of support for assembly, repair and testing are accomplished.
  • On Client’s request CAD automation drawings can be provided.
  • TPI  (Third party inspection) can be provided on Client’s request.
